Projects are developed in response to requests from the community and partners or in order to exploit emerging opportunities. Initially an outline plan will be developed and then worked up in more detail by a working group of staff and volunteers. The Trust’s board will then consider the proposal and, in conjunction with the CEO, allocate resources as appropriate.
Project proposals are always welcomed and members of the community are invited to share ideas with the Trust.
