You can donate at Tesco and Asda in Berwick upon Tweed as well as directly to us at the William Elder Building between 9 and 5. Please ring the bell on the door in reception to let us you are there with your donation.

You may remember that we posted a little while ag You may remember that we posted a little while ago about Swiss chard being ready for picking in the Community Garden. Here are a few ideas on what you can do with it. Please help yourself. Add chopped fresh Swiss chard to other salad greens. Toss in a handful of chopped Swiss chard to your next stir fry, soup or omelet like in this Swiss chard and navy bean soup or this colourful Eat Your Greens Frittata. Sauté Swiss chard in a little olive oil and garlic. Add a sprinkle of lemon juice and pepper before serving. Sauté Swiss chard in a littlechillii oil. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
